If you have ordered your BreathRx products directly from BreathRx/Discus Dental and are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 800-471-7747 to process your return. You can request replacement product or a credit card refund. Discus will not accept any product that has been damaged after delivery or used. No refund is made on shipping and handling charges. If a return is authorized, you will be issued a Return Authorization (R.A.#) for the product. Pack the BreathRx product in its original carton and follow the directions in the authorization package. The R.A. # label must be placed on the package so that the R.A.# is clearly visible. Products returned outside these guidelines will be refused. Products to be returned are at the discretion of BreathRx/Discus Dental. Please allow three weeks for processing of returns. |
